I used this on the cigarette lighter port on my 06 STI. I had to carve out the port a bit as it's a bit larger than a regular lighter, but I was able to get it to fit in the same spot and the door still closes over it. At night it bounces off the driver's side window when I've drilled a hole to the left of the steering wheel.
