Helps keep stitches straighter

I'm new to quilting. I'm having trouble getting my seams completely even, so having multiple feet to line up the fabric along true lines helps with my accuracy. Let me just say that unless you accidentally changed the seam allowances on a multi-piece square, it can take over an hour to carefully rip and re-stitch everything. Having to do this twice before realizing what I did wrong was very frustrating and made me cry. Realizing that I had changed the way I had aligned the fabric for the seam…

Great Guides: Sewing Machine Parts & Accessories

I use Sophia 2 from Babylock. These machines are very similar to Brother machines so I wasn't sure if these legs would fit, they do. I was dying to try a wide leg with mesh. Some of the fabrics I use are very sheer so it's great to have a wider sewing foot on the machine to keep things nice and even. Of course, I don't have a natural talent, so support legs are very suitable for me. It really helps me to keep my stitches straight and even. I am very happy with this set and would highly…

Better than expected!

Great set! I was pleasantly surprised with my new sewing feet. They attach easily and fit like an original on my Brother sewing machine. They're lightweight, have a nice smooth finish, and the size markings are really helpful for getting nice straight seam lines. The acrylic plate is my favorite: the lines are clean and even, it has a generous 'footprint' that isn't too big or bulky and keeps my fabrics flush with the machine without tangling, I also think it suits the racks helps move the…

Good assortment: Sewing machine parts and accessories

I don't know much about sewing and sewing machines, but my wife is an expert. She sews most of the day, every day, and most of the time she quilts and staples paper with a Brother SQ9185 low shank sewing machine. Here's what she says about these presser feet... 1. Zigzag and straight stitch foot - Strong metal. Attaches easily and securely to my car. The needle matches the hole. Great base foot. But I prefer a foot with a clear plastic tip. It's good, but I like to see more stuff.2. Adjustable…

Nice special legs. But Pfaff owners have to buy an adapter

I got them in exchange for this review. IF you are a seamstress who loves to decorate your designs these legs are for you. is a basic product for general sewing. So it's a must if your machine doesn't already have it. The Hem Foot has an adjustable wall that the edge of the fabric runs along, so any decorative stitches you sew stay even along the entire length of the edge. A simple twist of the knob moves the wall in or out to change the spacing. The last foot looks weird, but you'll need it…

Check the stitch width!

I love having a variety of presser feet when it comes to sewing as different presser feet can make a world of difference in your project or speed up completion. So I was excited to get these legs. And I was delighted with the piping foot which helped me when sewing decorative stitches when sewing rows of decorative stitches. Had to give mine away when I traded in my newest sewing machine for my Janome Skyline S9 and others I had never seen before but looked interesting to try only to find they…

When you read the title of this review you are probably thinking - why the hell does she need THREE cars? Well, I probably shouldn't tell you this, but we have five cars in the house, not counting my kids'. We have six of them if you count my favorite car that has an issue with a computer circuit board that cannot be replaced. WHAT IS IT FOR? These legs come in a pack of three. It's just a plastic bag. WHAT MACHINES ARE THEY SUITABLE FOR? I have three different brands of cars at home. They fit…
