I did not work. best on TV and video

No remote control included at first. Second, and it broke the deal, it didn't fucking work. I plugged it in and it turned on fine, but the DVD wouldn't play. The DVD drawer kept opening and closing. Put in a VCR tape and nothing that won't play. Third, the general condition was not very good.

Easy to use and save space.

As the price of this combo is only slightly more than a standalone DVD player I bought it to replace an aging Toshiba VCR as well as the original DVD player. It's easy to connect and just as easy to use. After several hours of use in DVD and VCR mode I can say that I am very satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this device to anyone.

This device can be bought with utmost confidence

After reading the negative reviews from my fellow consumers, I have to wonder if we all own the same device. I've had this Zenith combo turntable for about 18 months and have never had any of the problems others have described. This device is my only DVD player on my HDTV and is used very frequently. Arrived broken like the drop kicked all the way here with no remote control, parts fall out.

Arrived broken, foot splattered, no remote control and parts falling out. Arrived very well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. Open the box and unfold the entire front cover. I noticed that the corner was broken front to back, some of the clips holding the bezel were broken, and there was a mysterious rattling noise inside.
