It's not worth it. for household and environment

Small and thin and the suction cups keep falling off. My leopard geckos don't even use it. Don't blame them, if I were a lizard I wouldn't risk using it either.

Missing parts on small animals

It took about 1 month until one of the 3 suction cups torn out of the material was finally missing! Since it is unusable, I cannot rate the product, but it is not an option, so 1

Great for lions

My lizard gecko loves it. I had it for several weeks. I take it off and run it in hot water once a week. The suction seems to work very well. The ladder is also easy to clean.

Mushu seems happy, Mom too

Easy to open packaging. It doesn't require the intervention of God to pull it out. Good transport material. My beard, Mushu, seems to like it. He climbed up and hung around for a bit, crawling and licking him (aka the little explorer lizard).

  • Durable surface

My leopard geckos love them with their hammock

My leopard geckos love them with their hammock especially since my boys don't crawl on glass like regular day geckos do, a ladder helps them get to their hammock. I can say that they enjoy the movement and are able to move to different areas of their pelvis. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

You can easily build a ramp of sorts

The rating of this product really depends on the type of lizard you have. For me, my beardie can't use it. He's just too big for that. Now if you have smaller lizards like Green Anlolaes, they are the type of lizard that will use them. 4-5 stars for small lizards. If you combine this with a Repti hammock you can easily build a kind of ramp. THIS IS NOT NEEDED FOR A HAMMOCK!

Pros
  • Pet Supplies
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Alternate Use

Well, we don't have a lizard, but we found another use for it. My husband is a water skier and needed another "barrier" to keep his head from going through the rope. act. It's more common than people think, and we have a skier friend who died from it, so adding that safety measure is important. My husband sustained the same injury at a tournament in Peru about 9 years ago. His mouth ripped open and he was forced to eat all mixed meals through a straw for several weeks. He found this and thought

Designed for animals with claws

I bought this for my crested geckos. they couldn't stick to it (they can stick to almost anything, but they kept falling off). Therefore, it seems to be more suitable for animals with claws. Or I assume that if this thing was constantly sprayed, dried naturally, and then repeated over and over again, animals like crested geckos could easily climb it after a while, since those dried-up water residues would certainly accumulate. but then that sort of thing defeats the purpose of stairs when you…
