I like that it's very easy to use for our team. It helps us keep track of all projects we are working on at once so there is no need to go back and forth between different applications or systems. I like that it is customizable as well as adapts to other platforms (like Basecamp). It allows for quick communication between clients using different networks/platforms such as Slack or email etc., which saves time. The layout can be confusing at first but once you get used to the platform its simple enough to use without getting lost in all the options available. The tool is very user friendly which allows for easy navigation throughout it. This makes using this software much more efficient as we do not have to constantly refer back through old notes in order to find something from months ago when working with an older version.
