Purchased for an upcoming trip. The locks are well made and seemed like they would protect my belongings. The only downside is that they don't have the same keys. Then you need a separate set of keys to open it. But if you don't mind that, then these locks are for you.

Although the lock is of good quality and has a good aesthetic appearance, it was very difficult for me to insert the key into the lock. It took a lot of time and frustration to almost "jam" the key and push it into the locking mechanism. I used some WD-40 and left it on for 24 hours and it made a difference, but unlocking with the key is still pretty difficult and annoying.

Everything was fine until it went away. I've tried the locks many times to make sure they work. Then when I started using it, it broke. I tried to open it and part of the key fell out of the lock completely! Luckily I was able to pick the lock because I refused to cut my brand new suitcase and I don't have a lock cutter. Just know that it can happen to you. I'm returning mine!

Please note that although the lock number on the bottom of the lock is 007, the keys are not interchangeable. I thought I had 2 locks with the same keys when in fact I have 2 locks that look the same in every way except when you try to use the keys. So I had to label the keys so I know which one goes in which lock, and it's annoying when you use them and have to rush into your luggage. The dials are too difficult to read in certain lighting conditions, so I went with that key choice instead…

I have ordered this and the larger ones together for an upcoming trip. I wasn't sure what the actual size was. The big ones are quite big and I thought they would be suitable for luggage. These are just right for my suitcase or shoulder bag. It doesn't have dials, but it's controlled by a button. I wonder what if I lose the key? Luckily two keys come with each lock so I don't have to pick it unless I lose two keys. Again, it can be used as long as the button can be held well. I would recommend…
