This TLOG rice cooker is very suitable for white, brown and wild rice. The only issue not addressed by all the other reviews was how to get the round aluminum disc out from under the lid for cleaning. To remove the round aluminum disk from the cover, pull up on the EDGE of the disk. The drive should pop out easily and just click on it to reinstall. I often remove this disc for cleaning. Otherwise, slime will collect between the disk and the top of the lid. The snooze timer works well as advertised. It appears that the record is of high quality and worth the effort. Sometimes I only make half a cup of rice and I don't have any leftovers. I love the fact that I can set a timer and forget about it.
