I gave 1 star for my initial overall opinion of this product; and I just gave the average 3 stars for the other review question quality categories (since I haven't worked a full shift with it yet). The picture shows 2 blades and there is no option to select "color/design" so I assumed both blades in the picture would be sent to me. nope I only have "color" but no black and white. I actually only ordered "these" for black and white. And then I didn't understand. It takes me a long time to go through the return process for anything under $20. But in my 13 years as a bartender, I've never paid more than $10 for a bar scoop. So since this is not what I wanted; and I was given no choice. If you only roll "Option", then this 1 (most expensive) rod would better change my life!. And maybe even save the world.
