Suitable for a skinny boy aged 13. I love the elastic waistband!

My son is 13 years old, he is rather thin. He usually wears jeans with a 28 inch waist but a slightly loose fit. These chinos are a bit long and loose for him, but they really suit him with an elasticated waistband. An adjustable waist really helps boys grow up fast, but don't spend money buying pants all the time.
