First Revain review here and sorry to write it because I was SO excited about this watch. You probably do too, which is why you're reading this, right? Well, I haven't worn a watch in over 20 years, but less than a year ago I decided I wanted to wear one again. I looked everywhere for it and I had no idea what a rabbit hole you could go down looking for a watch. I was thrilled when I found this - it was perfect! It's beautiful, sleek, modern, stylish but not ostentatious. It met all my needs - it has a second hand and a large face so I can read it easily. And it was within my budget - I didn't want to spend more than $80. Well after wearing it maybe 5 days a week for the last 10 months since purchase I smashed it LIGHTLY on the wooden stair railing. LIGHT. I haven't done anything adventurous or needed a "rugged" watch. I did something ultra mundane and routine. And now the watch strap is broken. Look at the photos - you will see that the metal is sticking out in 2 places which makes the watch unwearable as it is very uncomfortable to poke into. I contacted the company's support directly and they "offered" me a replacement band which would take 30-60 days to ship and cost me $40 including shipping. No thanks, I'll spend that $40 on another watch that actually lasts a long time.
