Warmed up, then the video stopped working.

While these things that plug directly into your computer without wires might seem like a good idea, I found them to be quite wobbly and I was concerned that they would break the USB-C my MacBook Pro's ports with all the hesitation. The unit got very hot when I plugged in the video cable and was driving my 4K monitor and after a while the video output dropped and stopped working. I returned it for a refund.
