These knives are sharp! Surprisingly sharp. They are also lightweight BUT they rusted in less than a week and I only used them 2 times before they rusted! I hand wash them with soap and water immediately after use and dry them and they rusted within 1 week of purchase? Because of this I'm really disappointed with the quality and I don't recommend it. The last set served me 10 years, does not rust. This set is 1 week old and needs to be replaced. Be aware that even if they say stainless steel, and even if you take good care of them, they will form rust spots on the blade itself and on the stainless steel main body.
