I have multiple sclerosis and am using another similar product in addition to my antidepressants and focus medications. It worked great until it was set up. Since then everything has either been too strong or has not contributed to a more positive mood and focus. I've been looking for a product with similar ingredients to the pills I was taking which have been discontinued (another company) for about a year (a very tired and depressing year). It could even be BETTER. With multiple sclerosis, you are ALWAYS tired and suffer from brain fog (gear fog). One of the questions here in the review is "sleep quality"? It shouldn't be here. It doesn't make me sleepy - thank goodness. I know it has valerian root but it calms me down and makes me happy and keeps me up all day. This product is a small miracle. It does what none of the others do, without adding chills to the already frustrating situation of being sick. and that gives me the MOTIVATION to DO BUSINESS! If you ask someone with multiple sclerosis about their motivation and focus, they will laugh at you. I feel like a normal person again! Too bad he can't fix my lameness and weakness otherwise I would demand they let me give him 10 stars. As most people who take antidepressants know, they should not be mixed with St. John's Wort, but these capsules have the essentials, just enough to keep me positive and HOPE. Especially in these dark times. Bless whoever invented this exact combination of ingredients!
