Updated 12/30/30. I have attempted to contact their customer service or anyone to have an open discussion about the issue of this chair not staying in the highest seating position. It rings probably 20 times and then I get the message "The person's mailbox has not yet been set up, please call back". Wow, I bought it in January 2020. This chair is not used even 1 day a week so it is not an overuse/wear and tear issue. When it first started I thought it was user error and I didn't set it up properly - it's not like there's anything wrong with it. 1st update: It doesn't stay on the highest adjustable seat setting - I'm sitting in it and it will slowly go down - I feel like I'm on the floor - so I'm readjusting it to go up, and after 20 minutes it's back on halfway - not thrilled - unfortunately I wouldn't buy this product again.
