Superb polisher. Don't let the weight fool you. Can seem difficult at first. It's almost 8 pounds. However, once it's operational, it hovers over the area you're polishing. It's very smooth. I use 3 inch pads. They are easier to work with, the 3" pads cover more area and I have found them to be easier to clean and cheaper than buying 6-8" pads. If you are interested in DIY car cleaning, then this polishing machine is for you. If you own a detail shop, large pads/polishers are a must. I am an avid repairman for my cars and this saves you so much time and effort than doing it by hand. It's so easy to use, you'll look forward to polishing your car and seeing results. This polisher feels solid and not flimsy at all. It's powerful yet easy to use, and the 10-foot power cord makes it easy to move around the car. I highly recommend this polisher to all DIY enthusiasts.
