They had 5 reviews and all five stars when I bought them in early June 2020. It was originally a great phone holder and worked well with my bike. But gradually he began to lose all the screws. I use a road bike, there are almost no bumps on the road. But with very small vibrations, all the screws on the left and right (2 on each side) of the holder began to interfere. Now I only have one screw left, that's less than 20 days. Otherwise the product is really good, light weight, well made etc. I think it's a technical error, they try to fit different size phones. I'm sending it back, I hope they have a better update.
