DIY project Unexpected: takes a long time to set up
you have to roll, fold and tie it yourself (x15). The banner is made of cardboard with holes, you thread it yourself, puff napkins and poufs yourself. In the end it turned out pretty, but the preparation took a lot of time, and I did not expect that at all. I bought pre-assembled fringe banners for $5-7 so I really thought this was one of those but I was wrong. The banner is a very light mint color and needs some fringe and puffs to bring out the colour. It turned out fine in the end, but be ready to go to work when you get it.
