When mountain biking you experience pain, loss of strength or fatigue in your arms and hands after a ride, YOU NEED this. I started mountain biking when I was 52. It might not be the most recommended sport for a middle-aged man, but I make a living from cycling. My boyfriend took me under his wing, showed me the ropes and continues to challenge me to do more and more intense runs. I can't be happier. However, shortly after the trip, I developed problems with my hands and arms. It started with tingling and loss of strength in my arms and forearms, but also progressed to pain in my elbows. Along the way, my friend recommended vibrators. I took the plunge and I'm very glad I did. No pain, no tingling, no loss of strength. Now every part of the journey is an incredible pleasure. If your mountain bike doesn't have them, you're missing out on an enjoyable ride!
