I got it last week and tried to air it to get rid of the smell. The printed card looks great but the smell is too strong to use in the office. When I first opened it, I could smell it, but after using it at my desk for a few hours, it drenched most of my office and gave me a headache. I wore it outside for a few days and to this day it smells like rubber/neoprene. I'll let it sit longer and hope the smell goes away and when it does I'll update this review. But until the smell goes away, it's useless. Update: I forgot to update this review after the smell went away. I ended up using it very well but I had to leave it outside in my garage for about 3 weeks for all the smell to go away.
