So I tried on a similar jacket at JCP and they are both the same thin. Except that one is more expensive than the other and also shorter. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try as I really needed a rain jacket. This is great if you're wearing dresses or skirts long enough to cover your butt and keep water out of your sleeves, which is great. And I love how the water just bounces off. It's also roomy enough to lay on top of. I ordered this in bulk and it's quite roomy which I don't have a problem with if I want to wear a coat for warmth as it's quite thin. And thanks to the drawstring waist, it doesn't look boxy. Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase.
