XSR900 is best installed in body and frame parts
I just clamped them onto the factory bar ends. I've ridden them about 300 miles without moving. This includes wheelies and 100 mph plus. I even met them in the garage and they didn't move. I just put a nylon pad (included) inside and then clamped them. Easy to set up, easy to install. The bluish cast takes some getting used to, but that's my only gripe.
