This file works best, even the smaller one you pull out of the end of the handle is good for removing calluses on your hands. The big one is amazing and you have to be careful to only use it on calluses and with a smooth motion so it glides over your healing and rough spots. I really love mine and I am a type 2 diabetic and when using mine I am very careful and as long as you use it correctly you will see great results. I am ordering another one for my grandson as he knows I am a foot and toenail grooming fanatic. I have watched many videos about pedicures and learned how to safely take care of my feet.
