so I bought 3 of these, they are great for my work as I can power them from unused USB ports on my monitors. 1 fan from the kit is noticeably louder than the other 2, and I wouldn't call it "ultra-quiet" as the packaging says. So if you read another review that says "This fan is louder than other fans", other users have probably received a poorly made fan that is louder than it should be. The other two fans I received are very quiet. And I had no problem with that. All 3 fans blow air very well. They're about as powerful as those battery-powered souvenir fans you get at theme parks, maybe a little more powerful. May I recommend this product? Oh, and if you are unlucky enough to get a noisy fan and the noise bothers you, bring it back because the 2 properly made fans I have are very quiet. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is 1 fan which is a bit louder than the other 2. However, I understand that this is a great value fan and I am perfectly happy with it (you get what you pay for). I don't want to go back.
