I received a similar one for my wedding over 20 years ago and unfortunately it broke. Decided to look for a replacement and came across this one. Not only do they look almost exactly like the ones we had, but they are much stronger and more durable than our previous ones. The last ones we got weren't dishwasher safe and just washing them showed how very fragile they are, which is why we didn't use them that much. Not to mention that the glass seemed to get dirty easily when used with red wine. With these glasses, not only have we used them a lot more, but we've used them in the dishwasher and washed them by hand. When washing, I don't feel at all that I will break the glass. In addition, the glass does not look dirty whether it is used with white, rose or even red wine. Even when stored in the cupboard for several days, they do not appear greasy or dusty. Really easy to clean and a pleasure to use. They may look fragile and delicate, but they are much stronger than they appear.
