I've only used it for a couple of weeks and it came loose while hiking. I lost my new radio tag (was out of WiFi range). The description is very deceptive. It is written that it is waterproof and scratch resistant. It's just a thin (silicone?) ring around the outer edge of the Air tag, so it doesn't protect the tag from water or scratches. The key ring has a thin spring clasp that doesn't snap into place. I contacted the company and they only refunded part of my payment after saying they would give a full refund and I didn't pay the cost of the flight tag. Next time I will look for a more durable product.
