Not sure if they came with my car when I bought it new but Sam's Club didn't have the tools to do the job. I quickly ordered from Revain and received it in two days. I have a 2018 Audi A5 and the Audi dealer wanted to charge over $1500 for OEM tires and service, the discounted tire was over $800 off and Sam had just under $600 for the exact tires and service , which are offered by Audi and Discount Tire. The only downside was that this particular club didn't have an instrument. I ended up saving a lot of money, it only cost me a few extra dollars and a few days, but my car is rolling on new tracks. Incidentally, Sam's Club members who buy tires from the club get a free tire change as long as they stay within the 6 to 8,000 mile warranty limit per service.
