My husband is a dentist and I bought it for him for Christmas. I like the tie myself! From a distance it only looks like a blanket, but if you look closely you can see that they are actually toothbrushes with teeth! Very unique and fun for a dentist. The only problem I had was with the delivery. I ordered a one day delivery until Christmas. It was "guaranteed through Christmas Eve" and didn't arrive until the day after Christmas. The ONLY reason I paid for shipping was because it was guaranteed next day. If I knew that "warranty" didn't really mean a guarantee, I would have waited before buying and not paid for express shipping. VERY unsatisfied with the delivery.
