So I bought this mic so I can do a podcast in my free time. It was touted as having great sound quality, simple plug-and-play mechanics, and working with any operating system. Needless to say, this never happened. I received the item, plugged it in and of course my system doesn't recognize it. It shows up in my system information but isn't available for input, leading me to believe it's a programming issue. Anyway, I asked for help and when I told customer service about my problem, they asked if I was using Big Sur. When I confirmed I was using Big Sur, they said it was a known issue and their developers were working on a fix. So far Big Sur has been missing for 7 months and while I'm not a computer engineer I think this issue should be resolved by now. I tried working with their customer support on other possible solutions and after a day of communicating I got nothing back. I even turned to Twitter. They asked for my ticket number but that was a day ago and still crickets. Right now I have an $80 paperweight. Don't claim that something is "plug and play" and "works with any operating system" when you know it isn't. Had I known then what I know now that this wouldn't work and their support team would actually do nothing to try and help other than ask me to unplug it and plug it back in 4 times, I would have voted for chose another brand. . For now I just want it to work or a refund.
