Review on 🍊 Reston Lloyd Calypso Basics Acrylic Storage Canisters - Set of 3, Vibrant Orange by Amy Maeva

This is a great canister set but the quality of the product seems a bit expensive to me (current price on Amazon is $30, this review is based on that price) . My biggest concern is the seal - it's a very, very thin piece of rubber (or what it's made of) - *much* thinner than most other similar seals I've seen. It can be 3mm wide (very thin) - and the material itself is thin too. It just looks extremely thin. I haven't really tested how "dense" they are yet - I've taken them off and washed them before use (this always helps seal the quality on new items) - and I felt I had to be a bit more careful with that would have to be one for fear of damaging it. The cans themselves are good - they seem to be a bit inferior to what I was expecting (especially the lids - I was expecting them to be a little firmer, they are very light) but honestly if it weren't for the quality of the seals, I doubt that I can say something bad about the quality of the canisters. stainless steel!) And the dimensions are very functional. They look great on my countertop and I'm even thinking about buying another set in yellow (I wanted that color at first but somehow I haven't found it until now of course as I've already bought another colour). I don't know of any other canister sets that are similar in size, shape, simplicity of design, and include some color. While I'm not exactly thrilled with their price, I would still recommend them to anyone. Unless you expect a very high quality product.
