I usually buy Prisma colored pencils. It gets pretty expensive if you paint a lot. I do. My form of stress relief. I've included some images colored by a new artist I've tried and I really like them. (Kerby Rosanes). As you can see, the colors are beautifully bright, I like the choice of colors. They color almost as well as prism colors. In fact, I like them better now. They are softer but not as soft as the Prism colors. They sharpen perfectly. There wasn't a single pencil to sharpen, which was a nice change. The price was great. Delivered in a beautiful medal box. I also took a picture of my sharpener. This is the "red" eyebrow sharpener for girls from the cover. Not sure if they still make them but this little sharpener if you can find one would be the best sharpener for all types of pencils I've tried. If you find one anywhere, pick it up yourself. It has to be red because I've tried others and they aren't as good as this little red sucker. Just a little secret I wanted to share. I usually look like Joanna Besford color wise, but I wanted to get a book so I could use the new pens. I highly recommend this artist. Very different and imaginative. I really can't say enough good things about these pens. I will order more. Give my wallet a break from Prisma flowers. I strongly recommend you try them out. Judging by the photos, you can see how rich and creamy the colors are. Hope this helps with your choice.
