Review on Weller Soldering Station Double-Sided Storage by Fred Massingill

This is a small bag with a collar that I wanted to love. It looks well made and sturdy, with all the straps and pockets it advertises. I think this would come in handy for a lot of storage and organization purposes. When it arrived, another family member opened the box it arrived in and when they smelled it, opened the pouch to air it out. Later I was working on my computer in the next room when I noticed a strong smell and wanted to check. I was very disappointed that this bag had a strong smell. I'm allergic to petroleum products so we put the bag outside so it can air out. I hope this helps, because otherwise it would be very helpful. I don't think the bag is washable but if I can't get rid of the smell by airing it out I'll try hand washing it to see if that works. allowed the use of pesticides and other harmful chemicals on consumer products. I suspect they also have different product flammability standards. Not knowing if the smell is from a chemical that can be absorbed through the skin, I have to be careful. Will try to come back and update this review after trying to get rid of the smell.
