The ease of use, especially with the virtual assistant that guides you through the process. I wish there was more information about each question to help me understand why it is correct or incorrect. There are not enough options for the questions. I wish you had more choices. It would be great if they provided more detailed feedback about how to get better at answering these types of questions. After using this system for several weeks, I have been able to improve my score by over 50 points. This has allowed me to move up in my career path.
