Very alkaline seltzer water
So I bought this for my 4 year old daughter because she was interested in flavored water and I liked the ingredients. Unfortunately, they have a similar taste/aftertaste to Alka-Seltzer. They're not very tasty. She refuses to drink them so I use them. If you want to keep your skin hydrated and healthy, do it. If you want it to taste better, don't. I can't find anything else with good ingredients, so it looks like she's only getting pure water :P
