Will protect my pet from others

We recently got a puppy to play with our 3 year old pet. On our pit the puppy destroyed 5 collars. When we tried to let him walk without a collar it meant the puppy walked on him more. Our pit is a rescued bait dog, so we were worried it would "trigger" him. So we decided that rounded knobby spikes would do the trick. They totally have. The puppy is now playing instead of constantly grabbing his neck and our big baby can rest. The most important thing I would suggest is to measure your dog's neck. With nylon collars we had to buy him a large one but we ordered a medium and it fits great!
