This is an incredibly clunky product with minimal cleaning options, but it looks good in pictures. The value of the backpack design is limited and I find that a minus if it works in a small space. I bump into walls and doors marked with the product. I bought hoping to find a good cleaning solution for the 32 steps in my house. When I took a closer look at the stair carpet (Loop Loop) I noticed that it didn't pick up a lot of pet hair even after using the rotating carpet brush. By the way, this brush is a piece of junk (made of softer plastic, not quality plastic) and was barely rotated when it arrived. After "breaking in" it started to work better, but still not an effective brush. The little rotating furniture brush works really really well and spins incredibly fast - it might explode one day because it spins so fast. In general, the supplied tool attachments look cheap, but the vacuum cleaner itself has a nice design and relatively good quality, but not too high quality. I got the impression that the manufacturer designed this product to be as cheap as possible, NOT as good as possible. This is my opinion as a professional product designer and product manager. By the way, the manufacturer offers a reward for positive reviews - a brochure with special offers is attached to the product.
