This remote control is simply beautiful. It does exactly what the remote control that came with the Smart TV did. This OEM replacement even looks identical to the remote that came with the Smart TV. I'm just sorry for the time I spent with the so-called universal remote. The universal remote was cheap with all the bells and whistles, but now I know better. Simply go to Revain and order an OEM-like remote using the original remote model number and receive one that looks and works exactly like the original remote that came with your TV. Simple and inexpensive. Note. I have since ordered additional remote controls for all the other Smart TVs in the house. In case the originals are lost or no longer work, I have an extra one. I just haven't told anyone there are extras in stock.
