So easy you won't believe it.
I know it's a women's watch but my husband fell in love with this watch when he looked in the Swatch store. (It didn't say "Ladies!") It's very light, looks great (not a women's watch) and is strong. He wears them and loves them - which is saying a lot as we've tried many different watches and after about a week he always hates them. Weightlessness is the best quality.
