I am very happy with it. I don't feel like my laptop is at risk. It's solid enough and the screws engage well enough that I don't get nervous. Setting up and taking down is not an easy task. Customization is quick, easy and hassle free. The bag that comes with it is great, fits everything easily, it's thin for storage and has a handle for portability. In my photo it is set quite low, I sat on a chair in it. It can be adjusted to about a foot shorter than what I'm showing here. And it can go a few feet higher, it's definitely a lower setting. I turned on the light switch and the doorknob for scale and perspective. To be more precise: the installation is very simple. The part that requires the most attention is placing the platform on the support in the right direction. The platform is designed in such a way that the platform is slightly inclined, so you have to be careful, otherwise you may end up laying the bottom bracket on its side. I did it the first time, adjusted it, and from that moment everything was fine. Setup took 2 minutes. never mind The bag that comes with it is just great. It might be a trick to figure out how to take it apart to make it fit (first time). Simply remove one large screw securing the platform to the first post. Do not remove the 4 small screws that attach the platform to the bracket. Instead, it's much more convenient to mount a single screw, and the platform fits perfectly in a bag with a mount. I also found that it's best to deploy the platform last, otherwise the bars can get stuck in front of the mount and it takes extra effort to get things out because they get stuck. It's okay, just watch what you're doing. Adjusting the height is very easy. Tightening the screw is easy enough. You can orient the screws as you like. It took me a while to find the easiest way to unfold and fold the legs, so I advise using the triangular piece surrounding the spacer rather than pulling on the legs. It was pretty easy when I used this piece. One thing I would like to point out is that the foam that comes with it is not good at keeping your laptop breathable. I use small risers under my back to elevate it and it's great. (I actually always use risers for my laptop, here's what I like: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NKWY8SX)
