Exactly as shown. I see that some other reviewers mentioned that they didn't have pre-threads, but both knobs have mounting holes. The white pages were clean with no rips, tears or stains. Really great quality and I would recommend them to anyone who is new to photography or just needs a different reflector. I usually use white or silver for the reflection. It's also fun to play around with, placing the black or white side behind the flower and stem for a solid background. I prefer this type with handles as it's easier to use if you're walking alone. You might want to increase the headshot background size, but if you really crop it, you can use that.
