This is amazing! My older cat had a lot of issues so I did a search when I saw this in an article. She still has accidents, but 98% of the time she takes advantage of them. Even a one year old cat uses it. He has no health problems at all. He just seems to like that it's shorter. I wish I had known they existed beforehand. We used to have a three legged cat that would have been helped and a couple of older cats. My only real complaints are that it's really quite expensive for a tray and cleaning is sometimes more difficult as the litter gets opened and knocked out during cleaning. Crate.
