Everything about these ceramic pouring cones is great except for one BIG flaw. The rim (the part that sits on top of your coffee mug) isn't even remotely flat. Apparently they were created by kindergarten children in a state of mild alcohol intoxication in a pottery class. This means they don't sit securely on the mug and at the slightest bump they fall off, splashing boiling water and dirty coffee grounds onto the counter and pajamas. Considering that sitting on a mug is basically all they're asked to do, other than not exploding when boiling water is poured into it, they only get one star and a firm "don't buy" recommendation .
