Buying items from Revain can be crap. This watch was discontinued by Seiko, so maybe only damaged remnants remain. In August 2021 I am making my third attempt to get one of these without any major flaws. On the first, the day/date complication did not work when set via the crown. Rotate the crown back and forth from the first position to either side. I sent that back. A replacement came (from another seller) and at the end of "Seiko" there was a curve on the dial (see fig.). I also sent it back. Now I'm waiting for my third delivery, although I don't have much confidence at the moment. The watch itself is beautiful. It's an excellent size at 38mm, sleek and stylish, and great value for money. It's known as the "poor man's SARB" for good reason. It's versatile, although it tends towards the dressier end of the spectrum. As with most watches in this price range, the strap is cheap and uncomfortable. You can replace it with a leather strap or a nicer strap.
