I ordered these for my son when he was about 2/3 and I really liked them. They were warm, went with everything and were durable enough to handle my very active toddler. In fact, I still keep them for his younger brother. He needed boots and I decided to buy them again. We had them for two weeks and at first they were all frayed in the front and I was like 'well this happens' as he wore them to school playing on a hot top and he's a very active little boy then the lining started . got up and the hair started to fall out. Also, the entire sole separated from the boot. So they were delivered on October 20th and he wore them 4 times and everything happened. I just wanted to contact the seller and see what I can do to fix the problem because I don't want to leave a bad review as I LOVED these boots the first time I got them, but I couldn't figure out how to contact them. her, so maybe leaving a review will get me further.
