This item was pretty good when I first got it. It's easy to set up given the fairly good sound quality, and the phone mount was a nice touch. However, I have some problems with it. My car (Audi) has a power connector that is always on (even when the key is removed) so I had to unplug the transmitter every time I parked at home or my phone would stay connected to it. Not a big deal but after about 3 months of daily use it fell apart. Luckily I work in IT so I was able to assemble it and hold it together with epoxy, everything has been fine ever since. If I were to suggest to the manufacturer I would suggest replacing the top mounting bolt with a longer one and pouring epoxy on the threaded metal sleeve to prevent this from happening.
