It feels like it was made just for my hand
Quality knife. I have owned the Wüsthof Classic Santoku for a few years and it has become my favorite knife. I always wash my knives by hand. There are several cracks on the handle. I know I can, and will, send it back to Wüsthof with a lifetime guarantee. This knife makes my old utility knife so cheap in comparison. This knife is perfectly balanced and very sharp. I looked around for something to carve. I found half a lemon and made a few thin slices with a knife. He went through that lemon like butter. My "go to" couldn't do it even though it was spicy. If you are looking for the best knife, this is it. It's really sharp so be careful and careful.
