TEARS OF REAL JOY. FINALLY A GOOD HAND KNIFE SHARPENER!
After a terrible experience with another brand of knife sharpener, I decided to try this one. I literally can't believe how well this little thing works. My Global actually CUT the paper. Not that this was the end of all sharp knife testing, but it's certainly a great indicator. Of course, I may not be a knife specialist and can probably learn how to properly sharpen knives. But the convenience of a few movements of the sharpener is much more in keeping with my way of spending my time. Instant gratification!
