I bought this for my sister in law. However, she was afraid to tell me that this item was poorly made out of paper and plastic. I went to her house to check it out for confirmation. First, this is not the item I ordered. The one I ordered did NOT have a ruffled neckline. The hanger is too big for the top hole. In addition, paper and plastic do not lie flat, making proper use impossible. This item has a -2 on a scale of 1 to 10 (poor to best). You really should stop wasting people's time writing reviews and return this product.
