I used these on an LG microwave oven door to replace spacers that are no longer available. They were rated for the same weight and closest length I could find. At maximum stretch, they are almost half an inch longer than standard jambs, but are still compressed enough to close the door with ease. It took some getting used to going from worn racks to these, but it's certainly better than stepping into the microwave. Just for reference if you are doing the same thing to fix your microwave, I used it on the LG LMVM2277ST model. Installation Tip: You must disconnect both old posts before connecting the new ones as the new posts are slightly longer.
