I bought this office chair for my husband in his new home office. Arrived quickly, neatly packed in a cardboard box. Assembly was very easy (see photo for instructions) and I did it myself with no problems. Chances are you won't need a professional fitment for this as it's so easy and the kit comes with the one tool you need (an allen wrench). The chair itself makes a very stable and heavy impression. The overall feel is premium, which is to be expected at its current price of $219.98. My husband is overall very happy with the chair and says it is MUCH more comfortable than what he has used before. However, we both think the rear arch could be a bit more pronounced to actually be ergonomic as the listing claims. We haven't figured out how to adjust the hands yet. I didn't realize until now that this is definitely a feature. They may just require more power than we used. So be prepared that adjusting the armrest can be a bit tricky. However, the height adjustment is very easy and convenient to use and the cushions are very nice (nice, thick and spongy). I can't figure out what the included faux leather pillow is for! I also see it in the product photos (it's blue and yellow so doesn't even match the chair) so I know it should be in the box. But it is not in the spare parts list in the instructions (see photo). I can not understand! Also, it looks like we asked for a gray chair, but we got a black chair, so it's not very good. We both prefer black and overall are very happy with the chair.
