The box arrived damaged and when I picked up the box the screws started falling out of the hole in the bottom. On opening the box I could see it had been returned previously as the packaging of the screws was torn open and the screws were in the grocery bag at the bottom with a note on who to contact if you need more parts. I unfolded the seat back and the wood had deep chips on the top edge and flat back. I assembled it anyway to test the fit and found that it sits too low on my back that my back just wants to arch it. (I'm 5ft 5in) I do not recommend this chair.
